YOGA CLASSES. For all yoga classes, teachers and facilities, please use "Bali Spirit" yoga studios etc;in Jl. Hanoman; They have many resources, including shop, studio and cafe etc. Their new "Yoga Barn" is close to cafe ARMA and not that far from Lodtunduh. 

NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET YET. 
T-Houses will soon have wireless internet access available. At time of update: April 17th, 2008, you can rent a modem from our agent for USD5/day.

NOTE: Modem rental available for USD5/day. Internet will also work if you have a GSM or 3G mobile phone that you can use either with or as a modem and connect it to your computer with USB cables. You need to use an Indonesian server and network or another. Global roaming is also possible using this system.

INTERNET SERVICES. We recommend the excellent facilities of Bali3000 in Jl. Raya Ubud almost opposite "Ganesha Bookshop" and also "The Fly" restaurant.

RATES for 2008/2009
PEAK SEASON RATES APPLY FROM 15 MAY through to 15 OCTOBER. These are USD110 + 15% per day for 1-2 persons and so on.  DISCOUNT DAILY RATES FOR STANDARD/OFF PEAK SEASONS:
1-2persons:  USD 80 + taxes ( only USD40/person + taxes ) or USD 500/week + taxes.
3 persons   : USD 120/day + taxes or USD 750/week + taxes.
4persons    : USD 135/day + taxes ( only USD34/person + taxes ) or USD 850/week + taxes. 

PLEASE NOTE:
ALL BASE RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A SURCHARGE OF 15% WHICH IS 10% INDONESIAN GOVERNMENT TAXES and 5% service fees. This is payable separately in addition to the daily rate e.g. USD80 + 15% of USD12 = USD92.

PREFERRED PAYMENT IN FULL IS VIA "PAYPAL" OVER THE INTERNET OR CASH TO OURSELVES OR OUR STAFF. A  20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS NECESSARY TO CONFIRM BOOKING. We are Paypal verified and payments are secure with SSL encryption process.

MONTHLY DISCOUNT RATE FOR STANDARD/OFF PEAK SEASONS:
USD 1500/ MONTH for 1 persons + 10% TAX & 5% Fees = USD 1725.                       2 persons is USD 1700 + 15%  = USD 1955  
3 persons is USD 2250 +  15%  = USD 2588.
4 persons =  USD 2888

Please allow for 10% TAX and 5% Service Charges which are additional to advertised Villa rates.
Personal laundry is NOT included in these prices. Negotiate additional prices with our staff and pay them directly.
